Here is the basic cookie clicker clone i created name “Corona Clicker”
To create this game, I followed the tutors video exact and managed to get the game working with 2 “upgrade buttons”. Key issues which occured when creating this game included missing capital letters, lower cases, semi colons and spacing. This issues were due to my inexperience using Unity coding.
However, once I had built and ran the game within the browser, the game was nothing like it was designed. ( see picture )
I never found a fix, so in the end I decided to try again and start from scratch. This however just served to help me understand the program further.
I also created my own sprites in photoshop, these gave my game more of a personal touch.
There is no end to this game as I did not take it that far and would still class it as a prototype. If i were to develop this further, I would add sounds, animations, effects, more upgrades, an endgame and possible a system which removes infected from the counter to provide a challenge.
